- remove build.yml (redundant with release.yml) - security.yml: remove duplicate cargo deny check (advisories redundant with full check) - metrics.yml: remove unused rustfmt/clippy components and no-op summary step - quality.yml: remove duplicate cargo deny check (already runs in security workflow)
