- Remove affinity setting from worker threads (causing conflicts)
- Add Windows API affinity control to Miner.cpp timer
- Centralized location prevents multiple threads fighting over affinity
- Set 25% cores when active, 100% when inactive
- Add windows.h include for SetProcessAffinityMask
